One differentiable model, many tasks
A single differentiable model f(x; θ) in the center. Around it, the tasks that reuse it: simulation, parameter estimation, data reconciliation, planning, control, design of experiments, optimization, and sensitivity and uncertainty quantification. Each task fixes some of x, θ and y, frees the rest, and adds an objective. Dashed satellites are related tasks we want to cover.
